The hackathon produced a release after seven day of hacking! RubyTet is released. You download a package here.
One hour was mostly spent time updating README, CHANGES, and making sure that there was no bugs in RubyTet. After that, the game is released to the world. This is the second release of the game.
The next three hours was time spent on finding things to do. I tried to work on my git-downloader project but utterly fail the process. I consider and reject coding space fighter ace, because the project because I simply didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I wrote some code for the rbgooey library and learning how eventmachine work.
That’s Friday in the nutshell. Saturday, I planned to work on my rbgooey code and the network project, because they are the next step for both rubytet and space fighter ace. I need to work on the RbGooey code so I can code the necessary UI for RubyTeet. The network will enable me to start bringing the gameplay design changes to life in rubytet. The network learning experience is an integral part of the space fighter ace project. Online gaming is the essence of the space fighter ace project.
